Zinc (Zinc picolinate)	5 mg

Lutein, Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Purified water

Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Storage
Store sealed in a cool dry area. Use only if safety seal is intact. Keep out of the reach of children

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have kidney stones, if you are a tobacco smoker or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
