Suggested Use
Take one (1) capsule, one (1) or two (2) times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use of this product, especially if you have a medical condition including kidney stones, diabetes, a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, liver disorder, or iron deficiency.

Drug interactions
Do not use this product if you are taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use of this product if you are taking any medication including blood pressure medications.

Side effects
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience symptoms of serious low blood sugar such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and confusion, or develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported.
