DL-alpha-Lipoic acid - 200 mg
Selenium (Selenomethionine) - 100 mcg
N-Acetyl-L-cysteine - 200 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Hypromellose, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Recommended Dose Adults:

Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Take with meals providing protein. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
