Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)	500 mcg
Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate)†	400 mcg
Manganese (manganese citrate)	0.2 mg
Molybdenum (hydrolyzed vegetable protein)	7.5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Hypromellose, cellulose, stearic acid (veg), magnesium stearate (veg), and silicon dioxide.

This product is non-GMO and gluten-free.

Recommended Dose
Adults take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are taking antibiotics, or nitroglycerin. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough vitamin B12, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney stones, a peptic ulcer or excess stomach acid. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
