MTHF SUPPLEMENT: Methylfolate B Complex offers an all-in-one methylation supplement with folate, methylated vitamins, riboflavin, and betaine in an easy to use capsule format.

FOLATE & RIBOFLAVIN: 680 mcg of 5- MTHF folate with Quatrefolic 5 methylfolate and glucosamine salt as a folate supplement. This methylation formula also contains 30 mg of Riboflavin 5’- Phosphate as a riboflavin supplement.

BETAINE: The blend features 300 mg of betaine as trimethylglycine (TMG).
