Land Art’s Ionic Magnesium is a magnesium sulfate supplement that contains 125 mg/10 ml, and is 100% natural. It is bio-assimilable in a concentrated superfruit base. The taste is pleasant.

Medicinal Ingredients
(Per 5mL):
Magnesium (magnesium sulfate): 62.5mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Water from reverse osmosis, fruit concentrate (apple, grape, blueberry, pomegranate, cranberry)

No added sugar, aroma, or colour. Preservative Free.

Dosage

• Children (1 to 13 years old): 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day.
• Adolescents and adults (14 years and older): 2 teaspoons (10 ml) twice a day.
