An electrolyte for the maintenance of good health, in a lipid-membrane soluble form of magnesium.
 

Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
