Suggested Use:
Adults (18 years and over) take 2 capsules 3 times per day, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Take before meals. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant you are breastfeeding you are hypersensitive or allergic to plants of the Lamiaceae family (e.g. basil, hyssop, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage, thyme), Peru balsam or fish (gelatin) you suffer from liver disease. Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience acid reflux and gastrointestinal discomfort (i.e. irr itation, nausea, vomiting); if so, discontinue use.
