Nature’s Way® Calcium & Magnesium is formulated in a 2:1 Calcium / Magnesium ratio in a great tasting blueberry formula and it contains bone-friendly ingredients Collagen, Manganese, Boron, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3. Calcium & Magnesium Citrate 2:1 helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life as part of a healthy diet may help prevent bone loss/osteoporosis.This liquid form is a convenient alternative to tablets or capsules.

Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day.
