Does Not Contain
wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphites, mustard, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish or any animal byproduct.

Recommended Dose
Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.

Storage
Safe to store at room temperature but not recommended to expose to heat.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have diabetes. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache.
