Our Valerian Root Tincture is made with organic cane alcohol, distilled water and Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis). Traditionally used in herbal medicine as a sedative to help relieve nervousness and help with sleep.

Suggested Use: 
Adults take 2-6 ml 2-3 times per day. As a sleep aid, take a single dose 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Medicinal Ingredients 
Valerian ... 1 mL 
(Valeriana officinalis, Root and rhizome) (1:4, QCE 250mg) 

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cane Alcohol, Pure Spring Water.

Caution: 
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persist continuously for more than 3 weeks. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. 

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
