Suggested Use / Directions:
Recommended(oral) Dosage Adults: Take 5 ml once per day separated from products containing caffeine, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Kava-kava (Piper methysticum root 30% kavalactones) ... 400mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Water (purified), ethanol (grain distilled), glycerin (vegetable source), blueberry flavour (natural), green tea extract, stevia.

Consumption with alcohol or anti-convulsants is not recommended.Excessive use, or use with products that cause drowsiness, may impair your ability to operate a vehicle or use with heavy machinery. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms that may signal liver problems(e.g. unexplained fatigue, abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, dark urine, yellow eyes or skin) or if gastrointestinal discomfort may occur in which case discontinue use.
