Hypersensitivity such as allergy may occur following the ingestion of psyllium; in which case, discontinue use. Loose stools, flatulence, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort have been known to occur. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating. Drinking adequate water is essential for healthy bowel movements while taking this product. Ensure adequate fluid intake. Use may aggravate symptoms of intestinal obstruction. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen beyond ten days. Do not use if security seal under bottle cap is broken.
