Suggested Use:
Children 1-13 years: 1/2 tsp. (2.5ml) daily with meal.
Children 14-18 years: 3/4 tsp. (3.75ml) daily with meal.
Adults: 1 tsp. (5ml) daily with meal.

Omega-3 Composition Per 1 Teaspoon (5mL):
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) … 250mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) … 2750mg 

Ingredients: Molecularly distilled mackerel, sardine and anchovy oil, cold pressed thyme oil, Vitamin E, natural orange flavour, stevia rebaudiana leaf.

Contraindications: For adult use only. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding or taking immune suppressors.
