Oxyplex reduces the number of pathogenic intestinal flora, particularly anaerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria, through the release of reactive oxygen species. It controls the symptoms of a wide spectrum of intestinal diseases such as Roemheld (gastrocardiac) syndrome, acute gastritis, enzyme deficiency, dysbiosis, dyspepsia, enteritis and flatulence. It may be prescribed for occasional relief of constipation and as a bowel evacuant for diagnostic and therapeutic indications.
 

Suggested Use / Directions:

Take 8 capsules once per day. Take with a full glass (250 ml) of water or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Oral dosage produces bowel movement in ½ to 6 hours.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Magnesium hydroxide ... 450 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.

Cautions and Warnings: Do not take this product simultaneously with other medications. Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting (this refers to sign of appendicitis or inflamed bowel). Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. Do not take any type of laxative for more than one (1) week unless your physician has ordered a special schedule for you. Should not be taken within two (2) hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.
Contra-Indications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
