Adults (18 years and over) take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Take before meals. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks. Keep away from sources of heat and light.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if you have gallstones, liver problems or anemia if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have severe abdominal pain if you have hiatal hernia or gastroesophageal reflux disease. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep in a cool, dry place. Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant if you are breastfeeding in case of allergy to the Apiaceae/Carrot family or to fish (gelatin).

Known adverse reactions: Irritation and discomfort of the gastrointestinal tract (i.e. nausea and vomiting) may occur. If this occurs, discontinue use. Some people may experience acid reflux. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy develops.
