Suggested Use:
Adults, take 1 capsule 2 times per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.

Zinc L-carnosine (PepZin GI® brand) ... 75mg
([N-beta-Alanyl-L-histidinato (2-)-N, NN, Oalpha] zinc, Polaprezinc) Providing 16 mg Zinc

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium laurate, hydrated silica.
