Wormwood

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a vermifuge for children with pinworms (threadworms) or roundworms.

Suggested Use: Children (2-4 years): 0.1-0.2 mL (2-5 drops); Children (5-9 years): 0.1-0.3 mL (4-10 drops); Adolescents (10-14 years): 0.3-0.6 mL (8-20 drops); Adults & Adolescents (15 & over): 0.5-1.3 mL (15-40 drops). All doses should be taken 3-4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner before use with other medications, as there may be an adverse interaction. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Do not use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy); if you have gastric or duodenal ulcer; if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken. Store at room temperature.
