Withania Forte

MediHerb® Withania Forte contains 10 mg of withanolides from Withania root extract per tablet. Withania’s use in Ayurveda as a ‘rasayana’ or rejuvenative tonic, dates back thousands of years. Classified as an ‘adaptogen’, it helps to ease the mental and physical fatigue related to everyday stress by supporting the body’s natural resistance to stress.

Suggested Use:
Take 1 tablet 1-3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Some people may experience drowsiness. Advise patients to exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness, and to avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Practitioner supervision recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Re-asses patient if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks.
