Recommended Dose: Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 level scoops (45 grams) of UltraMeal® with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of chilled water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

For male adults, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to using if you are currently on a high-soy diet. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort.
