Iodine (Potassium Iodide) 112.5 mcg

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 50 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Silicon Dioxide, L-Leucine, and Magnesium Carbonate.

Recommended Dose:

Take 1 capsule two times daily with food or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
