Thyro‑Synergy With Vitamin E is a special herbal blend, with vitamin E (ᴅ‑alpha-tocopheryl acetate), amino acids (L-tyrosine, L-cysteine, L-cystine), glandular concentrates (adrenal and spleen), minerals, and iodine (from kelp) to supply nutritional support for the thyroid. 

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

ʟ‑Cysteine hydrochloride ... 5 mg
Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum), 0.1% iodine ... 5 mg
ʟ‑Cystine ... 5 mg
Myrtle (Myrtus communis) ... 5 mg
Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha) ... 5 mg

Other Ingredients: Spearmint extract, peppermint, natural peppermint flavour, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule made of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, cancer, cystinuria, or urinary tract problems; if you are following a low-protein diet, taking blood pressure medications, or have a sensitive stomach; or if you are taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics. Do not use if you have a fever, hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or if you have uterine bleeding.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; in case of inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal and biliary tracts; or in case of severe liver disorder.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur (commonly affecting the skin); if allergy symptoms arise, discontinue use. May cause giddiness, drowsiness, mild fatigue, irritation of the kidneys or stomach, diarrhea, nausea, or digestive upset.
