Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication. Consult a health care professional for use beyond 8 weeks.

Risk Information
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood pressure medications, thyroid medications, sympathomimetics, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, decongestant-containing cold preparations or products containing ephedra or ephedrine or other medications which may increase blood pressure. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medication, if you have a serious medical condition, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if you have an iron deficiency. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse effects.
