Suggested Use:

(Adults): Take 1 softgel before bedtime.

*Used in Herbal Medicine to aid sleep.

 

 

Medicinal Ingredients^:
Each softgel contains:

Mandarin Orange Essential Oil … 50 mg
(Citrus reticulata fruit peel)

Lemon Balm … 25 mg
(Melissa officinalis) 67-100:1 leaf extract, dried equivalent 1.675-2.5 g

Lavender Essential Oil … 25 mg
(Lavandula angustifolia flowering top)

Ravintsara Essential Oil … 25 mg
(Madagascan Cinnamomum camphora, Cineol CT, leaf)
 
Non-medicinal ingredients: Olive oil, gelatin, glycerin, water, sodium copper chlorophyllin.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.  Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medications.  Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if symptoms persist or worsen.  Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended.  Some people may experience drowsiness.  Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
