Suggested Use:
Take two capsules twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.

(chondroitin sulfate sodium from bovine cartilage)
TENDOACTIVE® Hydrolyzed collagen … 40mg
(Bos taurus)
Vitamin C … 30mg
(ascorbic acid)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients 
Hypromellose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, silica, medium-chain triglycerides.

Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use.
