Suggested Use:

Ashwagandha Root and Leaf ... 200mg 
(Withania somnifera) (Sensoril®) 5:1 ratio, QCE 1 g, standardized to 32-45% Withania oligosaccharides, 10-20% Withanolide glycosides
Magnolia Bark ... 150mg
(Magnolia officinalis) 4:1 ratio, QCE 0.6 g, 2% Honokiol
L-Theanine ... 50mg 
(Suntheanine®)
Phosphatidylserine ... 50 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silica, hypromellose, glycerin.

Known adverse reactions: May cause heartburn, shaking hands, perilabial numbness, sexual dysfunction and thyroid dysfunction. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. If dizziness, vomiting, dry mouth, thirst or nosebleed occur, discontinue use.
