Nature's Way Kids Sambucus Cold and Flu Syrup is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flusincluding coughs and sore throats. This delicious syrup contains a concentrated black elderberry extract to help promote sweating to relieve a fevers related to colds and flus. Suggested Use:
Directions for children and adolescents:
2–9 years old 2 teaspoons (10 mL), once daily. 
10–13 years old 2 teaspoons (10 mL), twice daily. 
14–17 years old 3 teaspoons (15 mL), 2-3 times daily

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Fructose, purified water, glycerin, malic acid, natural raspberry flavour, potassium sorbate.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use immediately. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; use caution if you are allergic to plants of the Daisy family. Discontinue use in case of gastrointestinal upsets, such as abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Diuretic effect may occur.
