Rhodiola SAP provides a standardized dose of Rhodiola rosea (R. rosea) root extract, commonly used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help temporarily relieve symptoms associated with stress, such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness. R. rosea extract has also been suggested to enhance cognitive function, including mental focus and stamina. R. rosea extract contains a number of major bioactive compounds such as rosavin and salidroside, attributed to its adaptogenic effects; it is also a source of antioxidants such as p tyrosol, gallic acid, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, and flavonoids. A number of clinical studies have explored the beneficial effects of R. rosea extract in alleviating anxiety, life-stress symptoms, and mood disorders.
 

Suggested Use:
Take 1-2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
