Restful Sleep

Restful Sleep combines four non-habit-forming herbal extracts that have been traditionally used in herbal medicine as mild sleep aids, especially in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress. The ingredients in this unique formula also have an analgesic effect that further promotes relaxed and restful sleep.

Suggested Use: 
Take 2-4 capsules 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner

Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding or if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/ digoxin or blood pressure medication. Do not use if you are pregnant. Consumption with alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or are involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Keep out of the reach of children.
