Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, 30-60 minutes before bedtime on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after use. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or allergic to milk protein. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure, immunosuppressive, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications or steroids, or have cardiovascular, chronic kidney, liver or immune system disease, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycemia or migraine, hormonal or seizure disorders. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3. weeks. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if mild gastrointestinal symptoms or rare allergic reactions occur.
