Contains no dairy, yeast, corn, wheat or gluten.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 tablespoons (30 mL) once per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

Storage
Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening.

Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression, diarrhea, liver disorder or taking prescription medications. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and /or loss of appetite occurs as these may be symptoms of liver disease. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within two hours of consumption. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Do not use if security seal is broken.
