Quercetin is an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Quercetin may be used for supportive care for asthma and allergies as an anti-histamine, for fatigue, as an anti-viral, and for cardiovascular health (heart and blood vessels).
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily as a source of antioxidants or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
