Recommended Dose
As a dietary supplement, take 2-6 capsules, 2 times daily with food, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, a liver disorder or develop liver symptoms (e.g. abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine), have or are predisposed to cancer or if you are taking any medications including blood thinners. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer, or if you are taking prescription medication as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications, or if you have an iron deficiency, an auto-immune disorder or any type of acute infection, or a liver or gall bladder disease, and/or intestinal obstruction. Do not use if you have high blood pressure.
Allergy or hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Discontinue use if experience joint pain.
