Dosage Instructions
Adults, adolescent and children over 6 years: for relief of digestive upsets/disturbances (including nausea, etc.): take 1-4 softgels daily. For prevention of nausea, motion sickness and/or seasickness: take 2-4 softgels daily; a single dose 30 minutes before travel and every 4 hours as necessary

Product Sensitivity
Storage: store in room temperature. Transportation: ambient conditions of transportation (15-25C) is required during transportation, when warranted by weather conditions, to ensure that the product is maintained at room temperature.
