Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

L-Leucine, Magnesium Citrate, and Silicon Dioxide in a Hypromellose capsule.

Recommended Dose:

Take 2 capsules three times daily or as recommended by a health-care practitioner. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond one month.

Risk Information:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are a man with decreased libido. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if an adverse reaction occurs such as headache, tremors, and/or gastrointestinal upset. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have any type of acute infection or if you are taking digoxin. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anti-hypertensives, antibiotics, anti-psychotics, and/or anti-depressants, blood thinning medication, any kind of hormonal therapies, diuretics, potassium-depleting agents, or MAO inhibitors. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have any chronic illness including diabetes, hypertension, hypokalemia, impaired kidney or liver function, heart disease, or an auto-immune disorder. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Discontinue use if you experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
