Suggested Use: Adults ≥ 18 years: 1-4 tablets once per day. Take at or before bedtime. The tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient liquid.

Dry extract (4-6:1) of Melissa officinalis L. (Lemon balm leaf) ... 112.5 mg
Dry extract (3-6:1) of Valeriana officinalis L. (Valerian root) ... 125 mg
Dry extract *5-7:1) of Passiflora incarnata L. (Passionflower herb top) ... 80 mg
Other Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Silica, Maltodextrin, Cellulose, Stearic acid, Croscarmellose sodium, Talcum, Calcium carbonate, Sucrose, Acacia gum, Tragacanth, beeswax white, Carnauba wax, Shellac
Does not contain: Gluten, soy, milk, alcohol
Contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
