Recommended Dose
Adults: Mix 36 g (approx. 1 scoop) in 240 ml (8 oz) of water, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. PaleoComplete may be blended into a shake if desired. PaleoComplete is not intended to be the sole source of calories, but rather to be used as part of an overall program of healthy eating. Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulant agents/blood thinners or anti-inflammatory agents, or are having surgery. Take separately from products containing caffeine. May result in weight gain. If you have a milk allergy, do not use this product. Headaches, heartburn, bloating and allergy have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience diarrhea.
