Recommended Dose

Cautions and Warnings
Headaches, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity/allergy have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience diarrhea. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, liver or kidney disease, are following a low protein diet or if you are taking anticoagulant agents/blood thinners, anti-inflammatory agents, or are having surgery. Take separately from products containing caffeine. May result in weight gain.
