Cautions and Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, attempting to conceive, or if you have scleroderma. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a medical condition, or are taking any medications, or natural health products. Consumption with alcohol, other medications, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, restlessness, headaches, gastrointestinal disturbances, or abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain, or if you experience skin changes.
