How to Enjoy Pour 240ml freshly boiled water over 2 tea bags. Cover and Steep for 10 min. Squeeze and remove tea bag to ensure maximum goodness. Ingredients: Organic chamomile flower (Matricaria rectita), Organic English lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia), Organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis).
