Recommended Dose: Children (aged 1–13 years): Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Adults and Children (aged 14–18 years): Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Recommended Use: Helps support the development of the brain, eyes, and nerves in children up to 12 years of age. Helps support cognitive and cardiovascular health, and help reduce serum triglycerides.
