Adults: Take 25 drops four times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use. Consumption with alcohol, other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If diarrhoea, stomach irritation or uterine bleeding occurs, discontinue use. If you have a heart condition, or if you are taking central nervous system depressants or other medication or herbal products, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than three weeks, consult your healthcare practitioner. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity/allergy to passionflower has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
