Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking blood thinners or any prescription medication as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, flushing and weight gain; in which case, discontinue use.
