One a day multivitamin and mineral formula without iron, beta-carotene, or vitamin A. This multi is for individuals who would benefit from an iron-free, vitamin A-free and beta-carotene-free supplement. Helps in the maintenance of good health. Helps to maintain healthy skin and immune function.

 
Suggested Use:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.
