Recovery Probiotic is a high-potency, 120 billion CFU per capsule. Each capsule has a special PH⁵D Enteric Coating to ensure survival past the gastric acid. It contains 11 Human strains, 2 Plant strains, and 7 Dairy strains to represent the human diet. This probiotic is intended for use after anti-biotic or other conditions that benefit from a high dose.
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with water or juice, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are using antibiotics or antifungals, take this product at least 2–3 hours before or after them.

Cautions and warnings
Consult a health-care practitioner
prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea,
or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a
health-care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset
(e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
