Suggested Use:
Adults take 2 capsules three times per day with a meal, or as directed by your health care practitioner.


Medicinal Ingredients
Taurine (2-aminoethanesulfonic acid): 100 mg
GABA (4-Aminobutanoic acid): 125 mg
L-5-HTP (Griffonia simplicifolia-Seed): 25 mg
L-Glutamine: 100 mg
L-Tyrosine: 200 mg
Inositol (Myo-Inositol): 100 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate): 5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Risk Information
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding,
following a low protein diet, have epilepsy or if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John’s wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Some people may experience drowsiness, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
