Nanoemulsified DIM

Nanoemulsified DIM contains highly-bioavailable diindolylmethane, a compound derived from indole-3-carbinol that is found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and kale. DIM is a crucial contributor to the health benefits of cruciferous veggies, with positive effects on numerous body systems. 1.7 FL OZ (50ML)

Suggested Use:
Take 2-4 pumps by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to the desired dosage. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals.

Diindolylmethane ... 20mg
Phosphatidylcholine ... 104mg
(from purified sunflower seed lecithin)    

Other Ingredients: Glycerin, Water, Ethanol,  Medium Chain Triglycerides, Vitamin E (as Tocofersolan and Natural Mixed Tocopherols)
Refrigerate After Opening. Use within 60 days of opening.

If you develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice) or symptoms of low estrogen, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
