RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Adult Female Dose: Take two capsules up to two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least two to three hours before or after antibiotics or other medications.

Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use. If you are breastfeeding or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, hormonal or gynaecological disease, including ovarian cancer, endometriosis and/or uterine fibroids, diabetes, a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) including thyroid hormone replacement therapy, or blood thinners, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner prior to use. If you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness or a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting, discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner prior. If you have an iron deficiency or cystinuria, or if you are taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Keep reach out of children.
