Recommended Dose
Adults: Mix 1 scoop with 1-2 cups of water or beverage of your choice, stir briskly and drink immediately. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and/or if you have diabetes, a liver disorder, an iron deficiency, kidney stones, kidney disease, seizure disorder or have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer and/ or if you are taking prescription medication. Stop use and consult a health practitioner following use if you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, confusion and/ or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes, stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite. Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. May cause digestive problems. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
