Methyl-Aide is a unique formula that:
- Supplies active P5P, 5-MTHF, Methyl-B12, and Betaine to enhance methylation
- Provides essential minerals, vitamins, and taurine to support the collateral pathways of methylation cycle and reduce the metabolic overload from methylation enhancement.
